SMS Terms of Service

Our SMS program is optional. You do not have to agree to receive SMS messages to submit our contact form, schedule a call, or purchase any service from FlowNation AI. Consent to receive SMS is never a condition of any purchase or service.

1. About this program

FlowNation AI (also referred to as "FlowNationAI," "we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS messaging program to respond to inquiries submitted through flownationai.com/contact. These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in that program.

By checking the optional SMS consent box on our contact form, you are enrolling in this program and agreeing to these SMS Terms. If you do not check the box, you will not be enrolled and you will not receive SMS messages from us.

2. How you opt in

You can opt in to receive SMS messages from us in one of the following ways:

Submitting our contact form at flownationai.com/contact with the optional SMS consent checkbox selected.
Replying START to a message from our SMS program after previously opting out.

We will not send you SMS messages through this program unless you have opted in using one of the methods above.

3. Program description and message frequency

If you opt in, you can expect to receive text messages from us related to the inquiry you submitted. This typically includes:

An initial qualification message acknowledging your inquiry.
Up to four (4) follow-up messages over the following 48 hours if you do not reply.
Any additional messages we exchange in response to questions you send us.

Total message frequency is expected to be up to 5 messages per inquiry. Frequency may vary based on the status and content of your inquiry.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply depending on the plan you have with your mobile carrier. FlowNation AI does not charge you for the text messages themselves, but your carrier may. Contact your mobile carrier for details about the rates on your plan.

5. How to opt out

You can opt out of our SMS program at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to any message we send:

STOP
STOPALL
UNSUBSCRIBE
CANCEL
END
QUIT
OPTOUT
REVOKE

After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and you will not receive any further messages from this program unless you opt back in.

6. How to get help

For help at any time, reply HELP or INFO to any message in the program, or email us at [email protected]. You will receive a response with program information and opt-out instructions.

7. Supported carriers

Our SMS program is available on major U.S. mobile carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and most Tier II and Tier III carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Phone numbers collected through our contact form are used solely to operate this SMS program and the related inquiry response. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or any SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Our full Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Changes to these SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
